Pricing
A retainer in the amount of 50% of the rental rate is due at the time of booking to reserve your date and is non-refundable. The balance is due 90 days prior to the scheduled event, and can be refunded if, and to the extent that, the facilities reserved can be re-rented for the same date for not less than the same rental rate. A credit card is required to be kept on file for any incidentals.
